    Old handmade production process

    The process way of Moyeam loose tea is handed down from Chinese Tujia minority people 600 years ago, it is plucking, withering,rolling and fermenting. The fresh leaves should wither within 5 hours to avoid oxidization and losing nutrients. During the processing, the temperature and time should be strictly controlled. The finished tea is rendered”white frost” which are the flavonoids crude protein. More white, more nutrient, better quality.
